We are delighted to announce that the latest updates of AskiaFace for iOS and Android will be released imminently.
These updates include the following improvements and fixes:
For iOS version 3.4.2 (available only from iOS 14+):
- Core engine upgrade to version 5.5.3
- Added support for the latest (v4) Askia Design Pages (ADPs) and Askia Design Controls (ADCs)
- Created a new user interface that includes a dark mode
- Various bugs fixes and refactoring:
- Interview.AgentName doesn’t retrieve any value in AskiaFace for iOS v3.4.1 (AS-41)
- Additional CSS field not interpreted in v5.5.3 (AS-58)
- Kiosque mode – display issue (AS-54)
- AskiaField connection’s folder and sub-directories now removed when deleting a server from the app (AS-71)
- Assets not deleted when deleting/abandoning an interview (AS-77)
For Android version 3.3.41:
- Core engine upgrade to version 5.5.3
- Added support for the latest (v4) Askia Design Pages (ADPs) and Askia Design Controls (ADCs)
- Crashlytics integration for improved error logging
- Added support for Mixpanel – a third party tool that can track how users work within the application
- Various bugs fixes and refactoring:
- Additional CSS field not interpreted in v5.5.3 (AS-34)
- Crash when using the wrong credentials with the Amazon upload (AS-39)
- AskiaField connection’s folder and sub-directories now removed when deleting a server from the app (AS-71)
- Edit Interview: Abandoned interview corrupts the interview (AS-107)
- Incorrect popup displayed when leaving an interview on a quotas question (AS-155)
- Survey name not refreshed from “modify interview” view (Android) (AS-168)
- Interview saved on the first screen is not kept (AS-162)
- App crashing at start-up (AS-238)
